It's already been 22 days guys. I'm stoked with the way this has gone for me personally. I am thinking I will be abiding by this 90-95% of the time. The changes for me with cutting dairy and artificial sweeteners have been so apparent I'm sold. I will however enjoy diet drinks occasionally (in movies perhaps...) and some ice cream with my kids (and wife) on special occasions. What do you guys think you will do. Those of you who are pretending you don't exist anymore and have fizzled off...what did you go back to, and what do you think attributed to stop the challenge?
