5 days left. That's right, 5 days. At this point I want to remind us all that the goal of this is NOT weight loss. The goal IS better health in a sustainable way. Now I'm not a complete idiot, the weight loss and added strength is wonderful, just not the ultimate goal.

Today I want you ALL to post something you've learned recently. It can be nutrition related, or it can be much more fun and interesting than that. Anything you've learned, be it about your job, about our President who likes to say the police acted "stupidly" while admitting he doesn't know any of the facts. (sorry still a bit upset about that one...) It could be something your kids, spouse, or friend taught you. ANYTHING.
