E-mail

This class is filling up fast!  We are having a great time, and creating some efficient and strong runners.  CrossFitOKC and Coach Jason Boag are our gracious hosts.  Jason and I are Co-Coaches for this event.

Whether you aspire to run a marathon, or just want to be able to run without all the pain you will benefit from this class.  Not to mention it's offered at a 60% discount.

See you Saturdays at 10:00am and bring a friend!

Here's what some folks are saying about the class:

"Hans,

Thanks for your wealth of knowledge and direction today.   Never knew I’d get sore Abs from running!  They’re getting sorer with each and every passing minute.  Look forward to more Pose Running classes."

-Dr. Kevin Jones

"You all need to come to the running class! This slow ass is gonna start picking up some speed and then you'll be wishing you were there from the start!"

- C.

"TO ALL THOSE WHO MISSED THE POST WOD RUNNING CLASS AND ARE GOING TO BE IN THE UPCOMING RACES - YOU DONT KNOW WHAT YOUR MISSING! NEXT WEEK BRING $20 AND STICK AROUND FOR AN HOUR OF GREAT TRAINING AT A 60% DISCOUNT! YOU CAN BE THE NEXT CARL LEWIS/T-REX."

A short note on running/endurance

E-mail

My goal is to coach the fundamentals of run technique.(running is a skill folks!)  Point out the reality of LSD/Oxidative training and why it is ineffective and extremely unhealthy, and to implement strength and conditioning as a major part of the program and not a supplement.  This will improve the performances of both short distance and endurance athletes.(anyone who runs!)

If any of the following apply to you then improving your running efficiency may be the key to running both
pain free and faster.

  • Do you hurt when you run?
  • Do you suffer from shin splints, knee or hip pain?
  • Does your lower back hurt during or after running?
  • Do you want to run faster?
  • Do you want to run faster for longer distances?
Check back often as we will be updating info in this section in a much more practical and much less infomercial way...
